Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and mental health needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma.

• Monitor client progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare services when required, coordinating with psychiatrists and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals managing a range of mental health conditions, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and challenges related to substance use. As a counselor, you will work with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families, providing culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges each individual's unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is a prerequisite for this role.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
