Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still providing the essential support our clients need. As part of a collaborative team of mental health professionals, you will engage in regular supervision and team meetings via video conferencing tools to discuss client care and share best practices for implementing mindfulness strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients reduce anxiety, manage stress, and improve their overall mental health.

• Conduct detailed initial assessments to identify clients' psychological challenges, stressors, and individual goals, which will guide the development of tailored mindfulness practices.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, incorporating mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathwork techniques aimed at fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Design and facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness and stress management strategies, promoting community support among clients.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other therapists to develop a comprehensive and integrated treatment plan that centers on mindfulness and individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure the highest standard of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Inside Life Health And Wellness, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role is critical in the therapeutic journey of clients seeking to improve their mental health through tailored mindfulness strategies, providing them with the tools they need for long-term resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proficiency in implementing mindfulness-based interventions in therapeutic contexts.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to create a supportive and calming therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , along with a comprehensive benefits package. This package includes:
