Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify clients' specific mental health concerns, goals, and needs, ensuring a client-centered approach at all times.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals, employing scientifically proven methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address clients' individual needs, nurturing their progress toward mental wellness.

• Work collaboratively with clients to equip them with effective coping strategies, resilience-building skills, and tools to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations to ensure compliance and safeguard client information.

• Participate in case consultations and regular supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and adapt to emerging therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Active licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
