Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify patient needs and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, integrating their unique cultural perspectives and personal objectives.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), tailored to meet the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for individuals in distress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with organizational protocols, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n
