Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their individual needs.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement personalized treatment plans that address conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders.

• Provide regular therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring clients are equipped with the tools necessary for managing their challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an interactive and supportive environment for clients to share their experiences.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining open communication regarding treatment efficacy and changes needed.

• Consult with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with various backgrounds and mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a robust understanding of various therapeutic methods.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications to manage client information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
