Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, formulating evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver individual, group, family, and couples therapy, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other members of the healthcare team to provide cohesive and holistic care to clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to deepen your expertise and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
