Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver engaging therapeutic sessions through telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with departmental policies.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including family members and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.

• Handle crisis interventions with empathy and professionalism, providing immediate support to clients facing critical situations.

• Actively participate in regular clinical meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and refine therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Pinpoint Psychotherapy, you will support a diverse group of clients, each facing unique mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of full-time experience in providing mental health counseling services, demonstrating proficiency in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively.

• Proficient in the use of technology, including telehealth software and basic office applications like MS Office, to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
