Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including in-depth psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and thorough risk assessments to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific mental health needs, personal goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) tailored to individual, couple, family, and group therapy formats.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools to manage and navigate their mental health conditions successfully.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
