Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and establish treatment goals.

• Create tailored therapeutic plans that utilize evidence-based practices to address individual client needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, allowing clients to explore feelings, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal milestones.

• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Refer clients to additional health professionals, such as psychiatrists or addiction specialists, when appropriate.

• Document therapy sessions comprehensively in electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and understanding cultural nuances is key to providing effective therapy. You will employ culturally responsive therapeutic techniques to build rapport and trust with your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based interventions, and therapeutic frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
