Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality outpatient counseling services to clients, focusing on both individual and group therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include working with children and teenagers who are navigating various mental health challenges. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual needs of each client, ensuring that you contribute positively to their growth and healing. Your ability to connect with young clients and their families will be key in developing trust and facilitating effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure in the State of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in providing outpatient mental health care.

• Demonstrated strong responsiveness and operational skills to support collaborative workflows.

• The capacity to multi-task effectively and be proactive in team communications.

• Strong clinical boundaries with a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is three years of relevant experience, candidates with a background in working with children and adolescents or those who possess training in trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities will also be a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.
