Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gauge individual mental health needs, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans that resonate with each client’s specific circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide individual, group, and family counseling. For instance, you may implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) based on the client’s preferences and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and allied health professions to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care, enhancing the effectiveness of treatment strategies.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate emotional support for clients in distress, employing your professional expertise to manage emergency situations with empathy and reassurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
