Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and psychosocial evaluations.

• Engage in direct counseling sessions, delivering both individual and group therapy tailored to clients' unique needs, thereby fostering personal growth and recovery.

• Perform crisis interventions, assessing immediate needs and providing support for clients experiencing severe emotional or behavioral issues.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to communicate vital information regarding patient progress, treatment efficacy, and any emerging concerns.

• Assist in discharge planning, ensuring that clients have access to necessary resources and support systems to facilitate transitions from care.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families regarding treatment options and mental health resources available within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will work with may vary in age and background, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities.

• Competence in utilizing technology effectively, including experience with electronic medical records systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and telehealth software.

• Exceptional organizational and self-management skills, capable of working independently while coordinating care within a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
