Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools when necessary.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific goals and challenges of each client and regularly update them based on progress.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate care and integrate support for optimal treatment outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and promoting active participation in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include individuals, couples, and families across various age groups and backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with clients to set and achieve their personal therapeutic goals while ensuring that their cultural and individual identities are respected and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
