Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments, determining the unique needs of each child and adolescent.

• Work collaboratively with child psychiatrists, educational professionals, and social workers to secure coordinated care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower them in their journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in accordance with all regulatory and ethical requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be young individuals, including children and adolescents, who require mental health support. You will engage with clients experiencing a variety of issues, fostering a trusting and productive therapeutic relationship that encourages positive dialogue and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Experience in providing both individual and family therapy directed toward young clients.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on a compassionate, child-centered methodology.

• Ability to connect with children, adolescents, and their families to establish rapport and trust.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

• Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
