Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that respect each client's unique context and culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect with a wide range of patients and implement tailored therapeutic approaches will be essential. Emphasis will be placed on understanding varying backgrounds and experiences to provide culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Must hold a valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health care, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 applications and electronic health record systems to manage client information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
