Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group mindfulness-based interventions, primarily utilizing MBSR practices tailored to clients' diverse needs.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques, aiding clients in developing self-awareness and emotional regulation skills.

• Organize and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, covering topics like stress management, emotional resilience, and personal growth strategies.

• Regularly document client progress and adjust therapy approaches based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

Qualifications\n
