Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, effectively customizing mindfulness strategies for each client.

• Guide clients through mindfulness practices, including meditation, deep breathing exercises, and self-reflective techniques, promoting emotional regulation and self-awareness.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies to enhance community support among clients.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices extensively into individual therapy sessions, effectively addressing mental health concerns and enhancing overall client development.

Our diverse client base includes adults from various backgrounds, many of whom may have previously experienced barriers to accessing traditional mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
