Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' unique stressors, challenges, and goals, customizing mindfulness strategies to meet their needs.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes aimed at teaching mindfulness techniques, stress management, and resilience-building skills.

• Provide one-on-one counseling that integrates mindfulness practices to effectively address clients' specific mental health issues and promote their overall emotional development.

Qualifications\n
