The position is primarily remote, allowing you to effectively manage your responsibilities while maintaining work-life balance. The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to meet patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, risks, and strengths while developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower patients and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
