This position is 100% remote, allowing you to create a flexible schedule that works best for you. Communicating primarily through video chat, you'll provide therapeutic support to clients in a professional and empathetic manner while leveraging modern telehealth technologies. The outpatient office setting allows you to focus on delivering care without the logistics of an in-person office environment, aiming to improve patient outcomes through quality interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using secure video conferencing platforms, delivering a tailored therapeutic experience to each client.

• Encourage clients to articulate their emotions and experiences, fostering a therapeutic relationship and promoting self-awareness.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in establishing treatment goals and strategies that resonate with their individual needs.

• Assess clients’ mental health status through comprehensive evaluations and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans.

• Utilize a solution-based approach, drawing from your clinical expertise, to guide clients towards healthier coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns, who may benefit from stabilization and skill enhancement. We work with a diverse client population facing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and stress management, ensuring a supportive environment where clients feel safe and valued. As a therapist, you will play an instrumental role in helping clients regain a sense of control in their lives and improve overall functionality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is essential.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is required: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in using computers and telehealth platforms for effective communication and record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and the scope of hours worked. Additionally, we offer:
