The scheduled hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured environment conducive to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that unravel the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.

• Collaborate closely with clients to craft individualized treatment plans, ensuring an inclusive approach that prioritizes their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the complexities of mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and supportive self-care strategies to foster greater understanding and engagement.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to integrate best practices into therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with the highest legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults grappling with various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our clientele is diverse and comes from all walks of life, which emphasizes the need for culturally competent and sensitive therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment strategies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
