Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive, mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR techniques, tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, stressors, and personal goals, leveraging findings to customize therapy sessions effectively.

• Guide clients through mindfulness practices including meditation, breathing exercises, and self-reflection techniques aimed at fostering emotional balance and self-awareness.

• Facilitate group workshops to educate clients on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress and mindfulness interventions, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of clinical documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrated training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly preferred.
