However, your primary role will involve delivering care to clients from the comfort of your own space.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status and needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adults, utilizing effective and solution-focused therapeutic methodologies.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions effectively and empathetically, using telehealth platforms that facilitate secure communication.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients as necessary, protecting the safety and well-being of those in distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training programs to stay abreast of mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will have the autonomy to select which therapeutic modalities to utilize for each case, empowering you to engage clients in a way that resonates with their individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary for this role.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and client appointments.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in outpatient settings or those familiar with teletherapy practices will find this role particularly suited to their skills. Previous work with diverse populations and experience in crisis intervention will be advantageous.
