Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions for assigned clients, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support their mental health recovery.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that provide education and peer support according to the program schedule, enhancing the therapeutic experience through shared learning.
\n
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment and discharge plans for each client, ensuring that all necessary services are available and effectively utilized.

• Maintain regular contact with family members and referral sources to keep all stakeholders informed and involved in the treatment process.
\n
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through in-service training, supervision meetings, and active participation in clinical team meetings.
\n
• Ensure all client records meet licensing standards, are thoroughly documented, and subjected to Quality Assurance checks for completeness and accuracy.
\n
• Assist clients in navigating their treatment plans, supporting their day-to-day activities, and helping them overcome barriers to success.

• Collaborate with Primary Therapists to refine treatment planning and ensure a comprehensive approach to each client’s healing journey.

• Facilitate thorough updates to treatment plans that encompass all relevant modalities to maximize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our emphasis is on community mental health, enabling clients from various backgrounds and life situations to access the support they need. This role is critical in ensuring clients receive tailored and effective mental health services that respect their unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT in California is required; applicants with only an associate license cannot be accepted.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, to manage client records and documentation efficiently.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing a diverse caseload while remaining self-directed and capable of working independently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred, but not mandatory.
