Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs, tailoring personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to ensure that clients receive a holistic and integrated approach to their mental health care.

• Document client progress accurately in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license/certification as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing therapeutic support to individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
