Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful mental health assessments, considering how co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders impact patients’ mental health.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual patient needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, enhancing patient engagement and encouraging shared learning experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be on individuals facing complex challenges due to co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions. You will support patients from diverse backgrounds who are in varying stages of their mental health journey, ensuring they receive comprehensive care that addresses the totality of their health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Proficient in understanding and addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Demonstrated competence in interpersonal communication and professional collaboration.
\n
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Proficiency with computer applications, including electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
