Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Create comprehensive, personalized treatment and discharge plans, working closely with clients to set realistic goals and strategies for recovery.

• Provide educational resources and facilitate group meetings according to the established program schedule, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients' family members and referral sources, ensuring that everyone involved in the care process is informed and engaged.

• Participate in Quality Improvement task groups and contribute to the enhancement of service delivery and client outcomes.

• Take part in in-service training, supervision meetings, and staff meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

• Ensure that client records are accurately maintained, meet licensing standards, and are comprehensive for quality assurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will support a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n
