Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' specific mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that align with each client's unique circumstances and challenges.

• Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy, and stress management techniques, tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Engage in regular collaboration with clients to explore coping strategies, address emotional and psychological challenges, and foster resilience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include adults, adolescents, and families grappling with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your work will play a significant role in helping these individuals navigate their unique journeys to recovery while enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
\n
• Deep understanding of mental health issues and challenges faced by diverse populations to provide tailored support.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and a familiarity with brief therapy models relevant to a telehealth context.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will receive a robust benefits package that includes:
