Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and strengths, informing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions to clients, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish specific and measurable therapeutic goals, track their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who may prefer virtual interactions or face barriers to in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Create and maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, contributing to the clinic's operational efficiency.

• Engage in regular peer feedback sessions and supervision to enhance clinical skills and integration of best practices within treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in California.

• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
