Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while maintaining a professional approach to patient care. Although primarily home-based, our team collaborates closely through virtual systems, ensuring that therapists can connect with one another to share insights and seek guidance. Our outpatient model focuses on enabling clients in their own homes to feel comfortable and empowered during therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to diagnose mental health conditions based on DSM-5 criteria.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and consultation to continually enhance therapeutic skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, maintaining accurate and timely patient records.

• Facilitate progress monitoring by evaluating treatment effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.

• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices in California.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with a preference for candidates who hold a Master’s degree.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling environment, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with clinical documentation tools to ensure effective patient record management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
