Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Providing psychodynamic therapy and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Guiding clients through various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational complications by utilizing interactive counseling techniques.

• Fostering therapeutic relationships that promote trust, safety, and open communication.
\n
• Utilizing mindfulness techniques and a cultural competence approach to facilitate a holistic healing environment.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and participating in case reviews to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health setting similar to our outpatient model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
