This position is entirely remote, providing a flexible work environment that accommodates work-life balance. Our team operates through a secure telehealth platform that facilitates effective and confidential communication with clients. The position requires you to be available during standard working hours, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to provide consistent support in a structured schedule.

Qualifications\n

• Current California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or eligibility for such licensure.

• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience working effectively with diverse populations and understanding the complexities of varied mental health issues.

• Exemplary relationship-building skills, especially in virtual environments, coupled with strong communication abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
