Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may present a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and other mental health conditions. Licensed Mental Health Counselors will have the opportunity to tailor their therapeutic approach based on each client's unique needs and circumstances, fostering a respectful and trusting therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A compassionate, empathetic disposition combined with a non-judgmental attitude that resonates throughout client interactions.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage your time and caseload.

• No disciplinary actions or complaints in your professional history.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting or with teletherapy is highly advantageous.
