Key Responsibilities\n

As a Trauma-Focused Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Providing crisis intervention support during moments of acute trauma-related distress.

Qualifications\n

Candidates should possess the following qualifications to thrive in this role:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist, as required in California.

• A minimum of two years of applied experience in a mental health setting focusing on trauma-informed care.

• Knowledge of trauma-related disorders and a repertoire of trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
