Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments that evaluate each patient’s history and immediate mental health needs, custom tailoring treatment approaches based on individual trauma backgrounds.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing their trauma, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and fostering a sense of community.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to create an integrated care approach that addresses the holistic needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute trauma responses, ensuring their safety and immediate support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
