Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate the psychological impact of trauma on patients and design appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Use evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure a seamless approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in New York as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Preferred Experience\n

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000.
