However, you will still maintain close communication with in-office colleagues to ensure coordinated care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments, evaluating each patient's history and current mental health status to design personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic models, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to the individual's needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma, develop coping strategies, and encourage personal growth.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to carefully document session interactions and maintain confidentiality in compliance with legal regulations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment that addresses all aspects of patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies, mobilizing therapeutic strategies to stabilize clients and guide them towards immediate safety.

• Engage in ongoing education to keep current with evolving research and techniques related to trauma therapy, enhancing the service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on individuals dealing with a range of trauma-related challenges such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma experiences, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
