This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible working hours while ensuring that you are part of a collaborative team. You will benefit from in-house credentialing and management support, allowing you to focus on providing therapeutic care without administrative distractions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to determine their needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing various approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring that clients receive the most effective care.

• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with healthcare team members regarding assessments, treatment plans, and overall client progress through documentation and regular meetings.

• Provide case management services for assigned clients, collaborating with community resources and professionals to create an integrated approach to their care.

• Complete ethical and timely documentation of client interactions, including treatment notes and progress reports, in line with department standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your clinical skills, keeping up-to-date with best practices and emerging therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults facing diverse mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Each client session is geared towards delivering tailored interventions that address specific concerns while promoting long-term wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Available to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling that meets both your needs and those of our clients.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the mental health field is required, with a proven track record of providing effective, compassionate care.

Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with integrated care models will enhance your ability to thrive in this role. Specialization in evidence-based methodologies, such as CBT or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly preferred, as is expertise in working with specific populations such as adolescents or trauma survivors.
