Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Implement graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions, ensuring adherence to ethical standards in all client interactions.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team during patient rounds and team meetings, ensuring all aspects of the patient's care are communicated and addressed.

• Provide timely and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and therapeutic interventions as per departmental guidelines.

• Manage caseloads effectively by performing case management duties, which involve coordinating care with other healthcare providers, community resources, and programs as necessary.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and other evidence-based modalities to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily involve working with individuals of diverse backgrounds, including adolescents and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients seek assistance for various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the state.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• You must be willing and able to commit to working between 10 to 40 hours per week or more, depending on client demand.

Compensation and Benefits\n
