Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality counseling services to clients, focusing on individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize a cloud-based electronic health records system to ensure compliance with all insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of your clients, while ensuring their safety and confidentiality throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will provide services to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related conditions, necessitating a supportive and understanding approach tailored to each person’s unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting, delivering therapeutic services.

• Strong proficiency with technology, including use of a reliable desktop or laptop, internet connection, and web camera for effective telehealth sessions.

• Completion of a background check prior to employment.
