Gracious Growth Counseling Center is actively searching for a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT). Key Responsibilities\n

The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, evaluating their mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities, fitting the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Document client interactions and care plans meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely recording in our electronic health record system, which is crucial for interdisciplinary communication.

• Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and updates on client progress during patient rounds to foster a collaborative approach to care.
\n
• Implement case management strategies, coordinating with community resources and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in the State of Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is necessary; a master's degree is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on providing therapy and support to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient community health clinics is advantageous.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and technology to ensure effective client engagement.

• Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities beyond CBT is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
