Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health needs and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing effective modalities that promote healing and personal growth.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating skill in de-escalation techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
