Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to fulfill your role from the comfort of your home or preferred environment, while still maintaining engagement with your clients and colleagues through virtual platforms. Our outpatient office relies on an integrative approach to mental health, ensuring a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where therapists can connect and share insights. We operate Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated familiarity with mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, bolstered by cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Proven expertise in delivering individual and group therapy addressing diverse and varied client needs.
\n
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, exhibiting calmness and resourcefulness in urgent situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of establishing rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in technology tools relevant to telehealth delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling or therapy, particularly in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
