This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while contributing to their mental health journey. While you have the flexibility to set your workspace, you are expected to be available for patient care during regular business hours, typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility as needed to meet patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily serving a multicultural client base at our community health clinic. Your caseload may include individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychotic disorders. A key part of your role will be to foster trust and rapport with patients who may have historically faced barriers to accessing mental health services due to cultural, economic, or systemic challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A current and valid licensure such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required to practice within the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
