Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and engage in ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group formats, providing clients with coping strategies and tools for personal growth.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and make referrals to psychiatrists or specialist facilities to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role requires a nuanced understanding of diverse patient backgrounds, as you will be working with individuals from various cultural and socio-economic contexts. Clients may present with challenges such as substance abuse, emotional distress, relationship issues, or trauma-related conditions. Our therapists are tasked with creating a safe and supportive environment where all clients feel valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of knowledge and skills.

• Strong proficiency in culturally competent therapeutic practices and an understanding of the dynamics of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to provide immediate support in high-stress situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
