Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for a diverse range of patients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to determine their specific needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to each client's situation, ensuring evidence-based practices are at the forefront of care.

• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate interdisciplinary care through detailed documentation and regular meetings, fostering a seamless support system for each client.

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing case management services that may include referrals to community resources and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

• Complete timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.

• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities as part of your therapeutic toolkit to help clients achieve their personalized service goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The caseload often features clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, assisting them in overcoming obstacles and achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
