Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of clients facing mental health challenges in conjunction with co-occurring medical conditions such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. This diverse patient group requires an understanding of how physical health can impact mental well-being, and you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs for clients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Remarkable interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills to build rapport with clients and engage meaningfully in therapy.

• Proficient in upholding professional boundaries and confidentiality in accordance with ethical guidelines.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
