Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective counseling to clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering community and shared experiences among participants.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other counselors—to provide holistic care and achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions and treatment options, enabling informed decision-making about their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in alignment with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population we serve spans diverse backgrounds and includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. As a mental health therapist at our center, you will work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique situations, guiding them towards recovery through focused therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is required.

• A strong foundational knowledge in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience and skill in conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
