You will have access to in-house credentialing services along with comprehensive management of your insurance participation and client scheduling, ensuring a streamlined experience that allows you to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring clinical interventions to align with the unique needs of each client.

• Engaging in thorough patient and family assessments upon initial consultations and appropriately triaging care based on findings.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members during meetings, such as patient rounds, to communicate assessments, treatment plans, and ensure cohesive care delivery.

• Documenting patient progress and interventions in a timely and ethical manner, ensuring compliance with departmental expectations and facilitating optimal patient outcomes.
