As a remote position with Calm Connections Counseling Center, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle while providing therapy to clients. Our outpatient clinic operates Monday through Saturday, and we provide in-house credentialing and manage your insurance participation for seamless integration into our practice. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create detailed care plans while maintaining effective communication through documentation and regular meetings.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, consulting with community-based professionals to coordinate holistic care.

• Ensure the ethical and timely completion of clinical documentation to meet organizational standards.

• Assist patients in achieving their personalized treatment goals while continually assessing their progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who present with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting.

• Ability to work flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week, accommodating varying patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
